Competitive and Club Teams

Responding to a lack of organized "competitive" basketball in the area, Sporting Chance developed Tucson's first competitive youth team program in 1996. For the first time, area youngsters had a support organization that would allow them to experience basketball at a higher level, including traveling to tournaments outside the area.

Since then, a number of additional youth basketball clubs and teams have been formed, offering a range of opportunities for youngsters and families based on a variety of factors, including age, gender, location and level of play.
